Joe has experience covering a broad range of leveraged debt capital markets, structured products and general financing transactions. He advises Irish and international banks, private investors, sponsors and corporate entities across a wide range of securitisation and financial market deals.
Joe joined the Maples Group in 2020. From 2015 to 2019 he worked as an Associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins, LLP. During this time, he completed a secondment with the Leveraged Debt Capital Market’s team at Deutsche Bank. Prior to moving to London, he trained as a Solicitor with one of Ireland’s leading law firms qualifying in 2014.
