Joanne Bush represents employers in all aspects of employment and traditional labor law. She defends companies in complex employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower matters as well as restrictive covenant and theft of trade secret disputes. Joanne represents employers in labor arbitration and NLRB proceedings, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, and provides strategic advice regarding union-management issues. She also counsels employers regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws, drafts employment and severance agreements, conducts internal investigations, and advises on and negotiates the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
