Mr. Zhang focuses on construction law for over 20 years, covering construction matters concerning real estate, infrastructure and energy projects. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in, among other things, bidding and bid invitation, construction and engineering management, project settlement risk control and dispute resolution for construction projects. He has represented and assisted high-profile clients in domestic landmark projects, such as China Zun, Universal Studios Beijing, Samsung Beijing headquarters, and BMW’s plant and served leading Chinese contractors in their overseas endeavors, with the list including CEEC, TBEA, and Chalieco.
