Mr. Jinghe Wang is a partner of Global Law Office and specialized in PE/VC and Investment Fund practice. With over 10-year extensive experience in this area, Mr. Wang has represented various international and domestic leading investment institutions regarding abundant of PE/VC investment funds design and formation as well as investment vehicles related matters. He has advised many funds, insurance companies, and start-ups in many minority equities investment / financing, M&A and mezzanine investment matters with significant transaction values.

Mr. Wang's clients are from the leading management institutions in the PE industry. The number of funds and other investment vehicles designed and formed by him has exceeds 100, raised more than RMB 300 billion, covering equity funds, venture capital funds, mezzanine funds, and FOFs, real estate funds, securities funds, etc. in the form of partnership, corporate, contract, asset management plans, trust plans, etc. The investment scope he assists covering energy, TMT, finance, infrastructure, real estate and many other sectors and fields. The investors he’s advised in raising and negotiating including Social Security Fund, insurance companies, banks, government guidance funds, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, wealth management institutions and other types of investors.
