His primary areas of practice include regulatory compliance, corporate and government investigations, dispute resolution and litigation, and healthcare and life sciences. He has in-depth understandings in legal fields such as anti-corruption (including FCPA), anti-monopoly, anti-money laundering, white-collar crime, corporate criminal risks, data and cybersecurity.

Career

Mr. Li has dedicated more than 15 years of his legal practice in the field of compliance and has extensive law enforcement and practice experience. As one of the first batch of lawyers in China who transitioned from public officers to legal compliance practitioners, Mr. Li is particularly skilled in conducting various types of corporate and government investigations, managing criminal risks associated with corporate crimes, establishing compliance systems, and providing specialized compliance and legal services to many well-known multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, large private enterprises, and representing companies in communications and exchanges with government agencies across legal jurisdictions.
