He has acted in nearly 1,000 litigation, the subject matter of the disputes relates to real estate, corporate control, investment, financing and guarantee, commercial trade, and infringement. He represented China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Office) in disposing of NPL of billions RMB, acted in a dispute over investment contracts on a Chengdu’s district government’s behalf against Hong Kong Agile Property Holdings Limited, and was retained by a pharmaceutical company in Sichuan to settle the dispute over construction contracts against China Construction First Group Co., Ltd.
