Practice Areas
Jin-Suk Park litigates patents in the US district courts, as well as Section 337 cases before the ITC in several scientific and technical fields, including telecommunications, computer semiconductors, integrated circuits, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and genetic engineering. He has also advised clients on IP strategy, patent portfolio valuation, licensing, and risk assessments. He has also developed and counseled clients in the creation and adoption of IP policies and practices.
Mr. Park received his undergraduate degree in biology in from the Johns Hopkins University, and conducted independent undergraduate research at the Wilmer Eye Institute at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions as an MS candidate in biology. He received both his MBA and his JD in 2001 from Boston University, where he was co-director of the Negotiation and Client Counseling Competitions and a student clerk for the Honorable John S. Unpingco and the Honorable William D. Browning (senior judge) of the US District Court for the 9th Circuit.
Mr. Park is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
