Mr. Wang's practice areas include company law, labor law, contract law and foreign investment law. He is one of the first to teach and research economic law and labor law in China.

Career

Mr. Wang once worked in the Economic Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law, as deputy director of the department and director of the company law teaching and research office, deputy head of the postgraduate supervisor group, postgraduate supervisor, and associate professor.
