Career

Jessica Ward is the Intellectual Property Coordinator for the firm. She is an experienced attorney, with more than 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law. Having worked at the Foreign Trade Ministry as a Trade Negotiator for the Intellectual Property Table she obtained a deep and thorough knowledge of the multiple IP legislations in the region. Additionally, and after transitioning to the private practice sector, she has handled complex IP operations for multiple transnational companies, gaining more than 15 years of experience working in the IP field. She has been extensively involved in trademark portfolio management in the Caribbean Islands and Central America, as well as in data privacy compliance programs. Mrs. Ward has been focusing her practice on the emerging issues of Intellectual Property. Due her extensive regional legislation knowledge she advises our regional expanding clients on complex IP matters.
