Director of the IP and Regulatory Department of Zurcher Odio Raven. Extensive experience providing legal advice in several areas of practice, with a focus of regulatory, antitrust, merger control, compliance, intellectual property, data privacy and public law (constitutional/administrative law). The experience includes representing and advising multinational and local companies, as well as international law firms, in multiple sectors such as E-Commerce, Energy, Telecoms, Pharma, and Aviation. Has also represented multi-national clients in legal proceedings, lawsuits and negotiations that range from regulatory conflicts, antitrust, unfair competition and consumer protection disputes.
