Jessica Taub Rosenberg

With over 15 years of experience representing public and private companies and their senior executives before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels, Jessica guides clients through a variety of complex and sensitive workplace challenges.

Jessica is an accomplished trial lawyer, defending clients against employment claims such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as contract and compensation disputes and tort claims. She has led defenses in class and collective action suits involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), state labor laws, and PAGA claims. Before joining Akin, Jessica co-chaired the employment practices and litigation group at a national litigation firm. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York and taught Trial Advocacy at Fordham University School of Law. She frequently speaks on employment law trends.
