Robert G Lian Jr

Bob Lian has led Akin’s labor & employment practice since 2008. He represents employers and executives in a diverse array of industries in their most challenging workplace legal issues, including class and collective action claims, internal and regulatory investigations, employment disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, and executive hiring and departure issues. Bob also works with clients on a range of occupational health and safety matters, including investigations, counseling and enforcement proceedings.
