Scott Alberino focuses on corporate restructurings, with an emphasis on distressed issuers and borrowers, official and unofficial creditors’ committees, bondholder groups, and bank steering groups in large, complex cases both out of court and in chapter 11. Scott represents companies, bondholders, lenders, institutional investors, private equity firms, hedge funds and other interested parties. He has also represented debtors in possession, bank agents, post-petition lenders and acquirers of distressed assets. Significant matters include those involving Diamond Sports Group, Intelsat, Talen Energy, Yak Access, GenesisCare, Lincoln Power, Benefytt Technologies, Limetree Bay Refining and GWG Holdings, to name a few.
