Has also represented debtors in possession, bank agents, post-petition lenders and acquirers of distressed assets. Significant matters include those involving Diamond Sports, Intelsat, Talen Energy, Yak Access, GenesisCare, Frontera and FirstEnergy Solutions, to name a few.
