Jessica is an experienced IP specialist with demonstrated success across all aspects of trademark and intellectual property law.

​Jessica is a senior associate in Bell Gully's intellectual property team. She specialises in all aspects of trade mark and intellectual property law, with particular expertise in developing brand strategies, advising on brand availability and registration, and trade mark infringement and other IP issues. She also conducts trade mark opposition and revocation proceedings and has a particular expertise in preparing evidence and submissions for the Intellectual Property Office, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Jessica is well-known for her in-depth and detailed client work, particularly in researching and preparing evidence and submissions in various intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Bell Gully, Jessica worked for a number of leading specialist IP firms.​
