Anna is a specialist corporate lawyer, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, private equity, capital markets and joint ventures. A solutions driven lawyer, Anna works with clients to find outcomes that deliver from a legal and commercial perspective.

Anna works on New Zealand's biggest deals for corporates and investors, with a particular focus on private equity clients. She has represented clients with interests in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, media, dairy, education and retirement villages.

Anna has extensive experience across the full range of M&A transactions, including:

• private mergers and acquisitions

• public takeovers and schemes of arrangements

• complex joint venture arrangements, and

• securities offerings and stock exchange listings and compliance.
