Since returning to Bell Gully in early 2021, Zac has advised corporates, sponsors and lenders on some of the most complex financing transactions in the New Zealand market including advising Synlait on its recapitalisation in 2024, Contact Energy on the financing for its proposed acquisition of Manawa Energy, Crown Infrastructure Partners on the financing for the Moa Point Sludge Minimisation Facility and Clarus (formerly known as First Gas) and Igneo on the financing for the acquisition of the Eastland Distribution Network.
