Jesse Alderman

Jesse Alderman is founder and co-chair of Foley Hoag’s Cannabis practice. He counsels clients on complex issues of state regulatory compliance, and advises buyers, sellers and investors in cannabis industry acquisitions and transactions throughout the country, including some of the largest to date in the industry. Jesse also leads a team of project managers and technical writers that has assisted applicants in winning competitive cannabis licenses across the country.
