Experienced in employment laws, focused on employment disputes and investigations into employee misconduct under the Employment Act, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, the Central Provident Fund Act and the Industrial Relations Act. She has considerable experience in handling commercial and contractual disputes, and corporate governance / regulatory matters.
