On the corporate front, we implement staff procedures and manuals, advise on benefits and incentives, work with clients on employment issues in connection with carve-out and bolt-on transactions and advise on implications arising from the relocation of employees.
On the disputes front, we represent clients in court and at arbitration across the entire spectrum of employment related disputes, conduct investigations involving employee misconduct, manage and advise on retrenchment exercises and sensitive terminations, including negotiating termination arrangements.

Appointed as the sole Singapore law firm member, the ELA provides us access to practitioners of the highest calibre around the world.
We also have an active Immigration Practice where we regularly advise clients on Singapore immigration laws relating to citizenship, permanent residency and work and visit passes.
