Jennifer Longhurst is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Toronto, and a co-lead of the firm’s M&A, Critical Situations & Shareholder Activism and Corporate Governance strategic groups. Jennifer is an industry leader advising executives, boards, committees and investors on public and private M&A, shareholder activism and corporate governance.
