Jennifer Longhurst is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Toronto, and a co-lead of the firm’s M&A, Critical Situations & Shareholder Activism and Corporate Governance strategic groups. Jennifer is an industry leader advising executives, boards, committees and investors on public and private M&A, shareholder activism and corporate governance.

Her extensive practice knowledge is matched by expertise across key industries, including mining, energy, financial services, private equity, consumer services, real estate and pharmaceuticals, making her a trusted advisor on strategic, legal and broader business concerns.
