Jennifer represents and advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, energy transactions and public procurement.

She also has experience advising clients in connection with:

• a wide range of complex commercial agreements

• outsourcing arrangements

• governance-related matters

Jennifer is a member of the firm's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) leadership team. She was an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law from 2010 until 2014.
