Jeffrey advises financial institutions, investment funds, exchanges, corporate end users and trade associations on regulatory, policy, enforcement and transactional matters involving derivatives, commodities and securities. He assists clients with derivatives regulatory and compliance issues relating to the Dodd-Frank Act, the Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC and SEC regulations, NFA and exchange rules and cross-border derivatives transactions. Jeffrey also counsels clients on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters involving fintech, digital assets and blockchain technology.
He was previously special counsel in the CFTC’s Division of Market Oversight where he worked on several Dodd-Frank Act rulemakings.
