Jeff is a renowned trial lawyer who has successfully litigated and tried complex commercial and contractual disputes, including class actions, to juries, courts and arbitrators in more than 45 different federal and state courts throughout the United States. Jeff’s trial experience was recognized by his induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers. The College has a highly selective, invitation-only membership. In addition to his trial work, Jeff has been a board-appointed Special Litigation Committee, an arbitrator and mediator.
