Jeff maintains compliance practices in IT, defense, health care, financial services, and construction/infrastructure, with experience in domestic preference issues, General Services Administration (GSA) and Veterans Administration (VA) FSS schedules and other government-wide agreements, prevailing wage and other employment regulations, E-Rate, and small business issues.
