When clients face real estate and finance transactions, Jason provides strategic guidance. Jason concentrates his practice in the real estate and finance industries, and he represents developers, purchasers, and sellers in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, developments, equity raises, and financings involving mixed-use, office, multifamily residential, and industrial projects and portfolios. He also represents both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions and workouts, including commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, asset-based credit facilities, and project financings.
