Jason Greenberg leads our technology transactions team and counsels clients in connection with intellectual property and technology contracts.

Jason’s practice encompasses licensing, development, strategic alliance, distribution, merchandising, services, outsourcing, and other commercial agreements. He regularly counsels established and emerging companies, as well as private equity firms, banks, and hedge funds on the intellectual property and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.
