A senior partner and chairman of the restructuring and insolvency department. Practice includes in-court and out-of-court restructurings and rehabilitation of financially distressed businesses. Represents corporate debtors, creditors' committees, bondholders' committees, equity holders' committees, trustees, financial institutions as lenders to and investors in financially troubled companies, buyers and sellers of distressed securities and businesses, and parties seeking to invest in and/or acquire the assets of financially troubled companies.

Joined in 1981; partner since 1984. Contributing author to “Collier on Bankruptcy.”
