Monica Thurmond is a finance and capital markets lawyer who represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of leveraged financing engagements, such as leveraged acquisitions, first and junior lien senior secured debt financings, bridge financings, structured exchange offers, debt and equity tender offers, and consent solicitations.
