Vice Chairman of Fried Frank, a member of the firm’s Governance Committee, and the Co-head of Fried Frank's Securities and Shareholder Litigation Practice. Represents corporations, boards, special committees, senior management and financial sponsors in connection with corporate governance matters, crisis management, significant corporate transactions, securities litigation, shareholder and derivative litigation and activism defense. Scott also represents clients, particularly special committees, in internal investigations and responses to shareholder demands.
