Business Litigation: Jason brings strategic insight to sophisticated business disputes across diverse industries. His extensive experience encompasses high-stakes corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and other related litigation on behalf of corporate officers and directors. In real estate disputes, he handles condemnation and zoning challenges, commercial landlord-tenant conflicts, construction disputes and mechanics’ liens, and represents developers in a variety of litigation issues.
Employment Litigation and Counseling: Jason counsels employers on up-front prevention and risk-evaluation to efficiently manage a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, retaliation, hiring and termination, and compliance with state and federal wage laws. He also handles issues that arise with departing employees, such as theft of trade secrets, noncompetition, and non-disclosure agreements. When issues escalate to litigation or agency proceedings, Jason combines incisive legal strategy with tenacious courtroom advocacy.
