Jared is the Vice-Chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. He also serves as the team leader of the firm’s Community Bank and Financial Institutions Team. With over 20 years of experience Jared represents businesses of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500 corporations in a wide array of complex litigation. He routinely assists clients through complex disputes related to real estate, financing, workouts, special assets, contractual disputes, and business formation disputes. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Jared regularly represents parties in contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. Jared routinely serves as first chair on matters and regularly partners with other firms with needs in West Virginia. Jared works closely with his clients to develop the correct strategy for the client’s business needs to achieve effective and efficient resolution of litigated matters—either through litigation or seizing early resolution possibilities. Jared is a problem solver whose clients look to him to address complex and sensitive matters.
