With a keen understanding of how decisions are made in the White House and in Congress, Jane Lucas advises clients on how to maximize outcomes in Washington, D.C. Before joining the firm, Jane was a White House special assistant for President Donald Trump in the Office of Legislative Affairs, where she spearheaded legislative strategy and solved complex problems through her detailed understanding of the legislative process and strong, bipartisan relationships with members and staff.
Jane spent 10 years in the Senate working for Republican Majority Leader John Thune, most recently as his legislative director, where she strategized and advised on all matters before the Senate. She now uses those negotiation and tactical skills to help clients achieve success on Capitol Hill.
