Jane brings more than a decade of federal government service, including senior positions in the White House, Department of Health and Human Services, and in the Senate, to solve clients’ needs. She draws on a breadth of legislative and regulatory knowledge when assisting clients with legislative strategy and navigating the Legislative and Executive Branches.
Jane was a White House special assistant to the President for legislative affairs, where she spearheaded legislative strategy on domestic policy and solved complex problems through her detailed understanding of the legislative process and strong, bipartisan relationships with members and staff. She also served as deputy associate counsel in the Office of White House Counsel, overseeing the legal framework for regulations issued by the Department of Health and Human Services and other agencies.
Before her time at the White House, Jane served as a senior advisor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, coordinating efforts to eliminate overly burdensome and unnecessary regulations, which resulted in the creation of the Office of Burden Reduction and Health Informatics within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
