Career
Jim has appeared as counsel throughout Canada and in the Supreme Court of Canada on several occasions. Jim is a member of the Judiciary Advisory Committee of British Columbia and a Former Governor of the Law Foundation of British Columbia. Jim has presented on legal issues in many locations in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
