Jim has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, bank counsel and borrower's counsel for public financing deals involving entities and industries of all kinds. His for-profit and non-profit clients include single-family and multifamily projects, not-for-profit hospitals, nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, universities, colleges and cultural institutions.
