David Halberstadter

David Halberstadter is an established and well-respected presence in the entertainment industry, widely known for his clear, thoughtful counsel and strategic litigation judgment. He represents some of the biggest names in the industry in disputes relating to all aspects of motion picture, television and new media development, production and distribution. Clients choose David for his extensive experience prosecuting and defending against copyright infringement, idea misappropriation, trademark infringement, defamation, right of publicity claims, and film financing, profit participation and audit disputes, among many others.
