He has particular experience representing public companies and their officers and directors in securities class action and derivative litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. He also advises on matters before the SEC and with internal investigations.

Richard defends companies throughout the technology and life sciences sectors as well as a wide variety of other industries in lawsuits arising from accounting restatements, failure to meet public projections, product recalls, executive compensation, option grants and mergers and acquisitions.
