I focus my practice on estate planning, tax planning, family business succession planning, probate and trust administration and charitable giving. I enjoy working with executives, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, high-net-worth families and family offices to achieve family goals, pass on family values and plan for family businesses.

Jim Lamm is a third-generation estate planning and tax attorney. Jim is nationally known for speaking and writing on advanced estate planning and tax topics. Jim works with families, family offices and other professionals to help them through the probate and estate settlement process, as well as to administer trusts, prepare tax returns and resolve trust, estate and tax disputes.

Since 2009, Jim has been a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Jim currently serves as a Member at Large on ACTEC’s Executive Committee and as a Member of its Board of Regents. His previous leadership roles at ACTEC included chairing the Technology in the Practice Committee, chairing the Digital Property Committee and co-chairing the Artificial Intelligence Task Force.
