James Fox

James is a partner in the corporate team based in Ogier's Jersey office. With more than 20 years' experience, he has acted for clients in a large number of M&A and IPO transactions and has extensive experience in real estate investment structuring, fund formation, finance work and private equity. James has an in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory regime in Jersey and has a broad corporate practice. He has also acted in relation to banking and finance matters in addition to fund formations.

James is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team and specialises in downstream corporate advisory work.

He takes a commercial approach to delivering legal advice and solving legal issues for clients, and regularly publishes articles and speaks at conferences.
