Career
Chris is a partner in Ogier's multi-disciplinary Dispute Resolution team in the Cayman Islands. He specialises in contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency proceedings, regularly advising and appearing on behalf of creditors, shareholders, companies, and insolvency practitioners.
Chris also has significant experience in contentious trust disputes (advising both trustees and beneficiaries), commercial litigation, and fund claims involving fraud and breach of duty.
He routinely appears before all levels of the Cayman Courts including the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal and the Privy Council (Cayman's highest appellate court). Chris has acted in a number of leading cases in the jurisdiction including:

- In the matter of Torchlight Fund LP
- Torchlight GP v Millinium Asset Pty et al
