Angus is involved in a wide range of international corporate M&A, capital markets, joint venture, restructuring and commercial transactions. Recent transactions include advice on mergers, reverse takeovers and other significant transactions for listed Cayman Islands companies, trust certificate issuance programmes, and acquisitions of Cayman Islands companies.
