Angus has a broad corporate finance practice, advising many of our investment funds and other clients on financing transactions, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions (public and private), regulatory obligations and non-contentious restructuring.

A partner in Ogier's Cayman Islands legal practice, Angus has extensive experience providing advice on corporate and finance transactions involving Cayman Islands vehicles, with a particular focus on the financial services industry.

Angus is a member of Ogier's Executive Board, responsible for providing strategic leadership to the continued development of Ogier's legal services, ensuring that the firm's growth priorities are aligned with client requirements. He is also a director of Ogier Global, Ogier's corporate and fiduciary division and was previously global head of Ogier's Banking & Finance and Corporate & Commercial service lines.
