Jim specializes in the defense of pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products companies, particularly in consolidated state litigations and federal MDLs. He has served and currently is lead defense counsel in several drug and device mass torts. Jim also negotiates and implements resolution strategies for significant mass torts.
