Jakub A Wronski

Jakub Wronski is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and Co-Managing Partner of the Boston office. Jakub represents private equity sponsors and other institutional investors, as well as public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, minority investments and divestitures. Jakub also counsels clients on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, securities laws and other strategic matters.
