Jae Hyong Woo

Jae Hyong Woo is a partner in the international dispute resolution team at Yulchon LLC. His primary field of practice is in international arbitration and cross-border litigation, and he has dealt with numerous international commercial arbitration cases with satisfying outcomes under major arbitral institutions. Mr. Woo has also been dealing with treaty arbitration cases under the UNCITRAL rules and ICSID rules. He coordinates cross-border litigations in various jurisdictions for domestic and foreign clients as well. Mr. Woo also advises clients on various issues relating to international construction projects, pharmaceuticals and medical industry, and economic sanctions. Prior to joining Yulchon LLC, Mr. Woo worked at the Korean Ministry of Justice where he focused on trade agreement, investment treaty, and legal service market.Mr. Woo received an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was seconded to Pinsent Masons London Office, where he focused on both contentious and non-contentious matters of international construction projects.
