Jae Hyong Woo is a partner in the international dispute resolution team at Yulchon LLC. His primary field of practice is in international arbitration and cross-border litigation, and he has dealt with numerous international commercial arbitration cases with satisfying outcomes under major arbitral institutions. Mr. Woo has also been dealing with treaty arbitration cases under the UNCITRAL rules and ICSID rules. He coordinates cross-border litigations in various jurisdictions for domestic and foreign clients as well.
