Career
Sung Bom Park is Head of Antitrust Practice of Yulchon. His practice ranges across various industries including Information and Communications Technology (ICT), healthcare and automotive manufacturing. He earned his reputation by successfully representing numerous major clients including multinational companies in a number of high-profile antitrust cases, in particular, international cartels, abuse of dominance and merger filing cases. He has participated as a panelist in several antitrust conferences. From 2004 to 2012, he served as a member of the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s cartel advisory committee.
