Our practice is comprised of lawyers licensed in a variety of countries, including the US, Singapore, UK, Germany, Russia, and France, and with significant experience practicing in well-established international law firms both in and outside Korea, in a myriad of areas of law. Such background lends our practice not only the capacity to seamlessly handle foreign language proceedings, among others, but also the ability to advocate on multiple legal issues and understand nuances existing across diverse cultures, irrespective of the type of legal system involved, when negotiating, litigating, and arbitrating on behalf of clients. It is with this background that we have represented clients in all major worldwide arbitral institutions, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, AAA/ICDR, KCAB, CIETAC, VIAC, and SRIA, before ad hoc bodies under the UNCITRAL rules, as well as in extensive litigations taking place all over the world.

Maintaining a strong foundation in Korean domestic disputes is another cornerstone of practice’s success. While remaining “international”, we continue to benefit from our professionals’ expertise in domestic disputes. The integration of the domestic and international aspects of our practice gives us a more comprehensive perspective in resolving cross-border disputes that ultimately involve Korean law, ancillary and interim relief, enforcement, and Korean proceedings brought in tandem with international proceedings.
