Wook Jin Rha is a partner at Yulchon LLC. Mr. Rha received an LL.B. and LL.M. from Korea University and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. He started his career as a prosecutor in 2004 and has served for nearly 20 years, being in charge of numerous criminal cases involving cryptocurrency, customs/foreign exchange/immigration, and corporate/white collar matters. He also accumulated expertise and experience in the fields of international crime, international legal affairs, international arbitration, defense industry/acquisition, most notably through his experience as the former Director of the International Crime Investigation Department at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, the Director/Prosecutor at the International Criminal Affairs Division and International Legal Affairs Division at the Ministry of Justice, and as the Director for Legal Affairs at the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA). He left the Prosecution Service in September 2023 to join Yulchon.
