Jae Ho Baek is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in securities, insurance, foreign direct investment, investment management and private equity. Mr. Baek has extensive experience advising publicly and privately held multinational and Korean companies and financial institutions in a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including joint ventures, corporate governance, and securities. He also advises on regulatory matters for financial institutions.
