I find Jade to be both knowledgeable and practical. He is exceptionally responsive and willing to have a brainstorming session anytime, which is greatly appreciated.
Jade is one of the best lawyers in the privacy law area I've worked with. He is always down to earth and has a deep knowledge of privacy.
