Jack focuses his practice in the areas of real estate development and land use, environmental law, redevelopment law, real estate transactions and banking law. His experience also includes approval, development, financing, construction, and operation of major development projects throughout New Jersey; obtaining permits and approvals for major casino/hotel construction projects in Atlantic City; and litigating substantial real estate development and environmental cases in the trial courts, appellate courts, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Jack is Co-Chair of the firm’s Zoning and Land Use Practice Group and is a member of the Condemnation Practice Group. He was formerly Managing Partner of the Atlantic City office and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
