J David Park

J. David Park is head of the firm's International Trade group and advises US and international clients on numerous international trade issues, including trade remedies litigation; US customs, export controls and economic sanctions laws; WTO disputes; and trade policy matters. He represents clients before the US Department of Commerce, the US International Trade Commission, Office of the US Trade Representative, US Customs and Border Protection, the US Court of International Trade, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the WTO. Mr. Park has achieved a number of significant victories for clients in major trade remedies litigation cases.
